***UPDATE*** The Thunder in Little Norway Air Show has been moved to the Huronia Airport, Midland, ON due to the inability of the Muskoka airport to accomodate the air show. Advance Muskoka tickets will be honoured at the gate and we still have the same great line up of WWII aircraft and some new ones. To help in avoid confusion we have renamed the show to be the Battle of Britain Air Show.

Come out July 17th & 18th and help celebrate the 70th Anniversaries of the Battle of Britain & the Battle of Norway. The sound of powerful Second World War aircraft will fill the air over the Huronia Airport this July 17th and 18th for the Battle of Britain Air Show. The air shows theme this year is the 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain and the Battle of Norway. Two major turning points during World War II which helped turn the tide of the war and preserve our freedoms as we know them today.

For the Battle of Britain theme we have an Original Supermarine Spitfire, a Hawker Hurricane and a very rare Bf 109e to represent the FEW who defended the skies over Britain in 1940. Another exciting flight is the Norwegian Cornell Flight featuring a collection of PT-26 Cornell trainers as used by the Norwegian Air Force to train pilots in Canada for combat in the dangerous skies over Europe.

The show will feature flying performances by Second World War warbirds, a renowned Wing Walking Act, Stunt planes, and a line up of static aircraft. For those who want to be more involved there are also a number of opportunities to purchase rides in some of these unique aircraft. You will also have a chance to tour through our lineup of aviation related vendors and get the kids involved with aircraft building. For the younger children we also have a colouring section and cartoons featuring Mike Da Mustang an animated childrens series that even adults will enjoy.

Further event information can be found on the show website at www.battleofbritain2010.com and the site will be updated regularly. Advance tickets on Sale Now!!!
